As an ISO 9001 accredited company, our mixing head components go through a complex series of processes —initial machining, nitride hardening, ceramic coating along with specialist diamond grinding stages— with rigorous inspection and testing undertaken at each stage to ensure the highest standards of quality. Samples have been third party tested with the results showing CTM mixer shafts exceeded the technical specification of alternative commercially available parts.
