CTM VariThane Low Pressure series feature fully automatic component output & ratio change capability ‘shot to shot’.
Advantages
– Large and small parts or cavities can be produced or filled without the need to change the machine set-up
– Harder & softer parts can be produced at the same time.
Components Loading Options
CTM VariThane Low Pressure series feature diaphragm or piston loading pumps, the machine can be connected to a bulk storage supply system. Component level control is managed via a dedicated level control page on the HMI.

The CTM VariThane Low Pressure series feature non pressure 100 litres component tanks as standard, however certified pressure & vacuum tanks of 50, 330, 520 or 1,200 litres capacity are available to meet a wider range of applications.
Advantages
– The machine can be configured for current processing requirements and later reconfigured to meet new processing requirements without the need to buy a replacement machine.

Real time processing data is stored which can be used to provide quality assurance reporting on the products being produced.

CTM VariThane Low Pressure series features as standard a stainless steel pressurised 18 litres solvent tank c/w low level alarm and manual flush valve.
We can offer a system enhancement where solvent is delivered directly for a 200 litre drum.

Mixing Head support & Movement Options
CTM VariThane Low Pressure series can be specified with various mixing head support & handling systems from a standard machine mounted boom through to a motorised mixing head carriage system
CTM VariThane Low Pressure series mixing head outlet nozzle can be equipped with a flexible lance hose c/w a rigid end section if required.
This approach offers a number of advantages in that the mixing head can reach more tooling and mixed PU can be better distributed within an insulation panel cavity. Please appreciate that solvent cleaning quantities are increased when using this system.
CTM VariThane Low Pressure series represent a lower level of initial investment for the client when compared to High Pressure systems.

The chemical streams are injected into a dynamic mixing chamber and then dispensed into your tooling.
The mixing chamber then needs to be flushed of the reacting material.
