Our specialist mixing head refurbishment program is managed by a team of highly qualified and experienced time served engineers. Supported by our technical and manufacturing capabilities has enabled us to bring refurbished mixing heads back to levels that exceeded their original performance.

Your mixing head undergoes a series of processes from initial clean, followed by accurate measurement to establish the work required.

The number of up to 7 process steps required are specific to each mixing head as determined by our measuring process.

Our refurbishment program includes, as required:
1) Re-manufacture of one piston
2) Re-manufacture of cleaning piston
3) Re-manufacture main head body
4) Harden new components according to a CTM developed method
5) Surface treat all new components according to a CTM developed method
6) Hone internally all bores to the CTM 4 microns standard
7) Rebuild mixing head & pressure test to 250 bars

All CTM certified refurbished mixing heads are honed to 4 microns prior to rebuilding
